The government is reducing maximum support for the self-employed

Previously, the original concept developed by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation envisaged that freelancers or commercial licensees could recover the GPM paid during 2019, but if the MMA is not exceeded. That would equal about 23,000. euros.

Support will be calculated from the amount of GPM paid in 2019 (adding the GPM calculated from individual operating income and fixed-rate income tax paid on purchased business certificates).

Harmony: description will be soon

The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Aušrinė Armonaitė, promised that a description of the support would be presented soon.

He explained that an additional provision was included to allow the 90-day period to be added between individual activity and business license activity periods.
