“We want to focus on women this time. We hope this cycle of activities for women will be useful for everyone, and women will have the opportunity to learn about things that may not have been read or heard yet,” said Karolina Dilytė, Head of Communication from Ciudad Saludable, in a press release.

Ieva Amala has been researching her body, mind, emotions, and soul for over 10 years. During all these years, many wonderful teachers have been and are on the way: Ramunė Andrijauskė, Valdas Velavičius, Prasad Rangnekar, Christoph Erbel and others. Ieva Amala organizes workshops and online courses that have already attracted a thousand women. It also organizes women’s circles in Riga and Vilnius.

“The planned online practices will allow you to better understand your menstrual cycle, not only the bleeding stage, but also other stages, such as ovulation, lutein and follicular phases. I will tell you more about which sports activities are the best in the different phases, how to plan your business and your daily life, and we will allow you to live the uniqueness of each phase, feel it through the practice of movement ”, said Ieva Amala.
The cycle of four sessions will take place every Tuesday from February 23 at 6:30 p.m. Classes will be held here.

Ieva Amala reveals that she started on the path of awareness while still the director of one of the largest Lithuanian online solutions agencies in Lithuania. Then she realized that the best way to achieve happiness is to help women.

“My career was successful because I have manifested it constantly throughout my life and I have expressed it exactly the way I wanted. But the more I immersed myself in the depths of my soul, the clearer the voice of my heart felt, that is not my path. I have suffered in my work for the last year. That is why I decided to listen to the voice of my heart, which led me to the vocation of real life: to help women discover their inner freedom, their sexuality and accept themselves as they are, ”said Ieva Amala.

Women often complain of fluctuations in their mood, especially as they approach menstruation. According to Eve Amala, this is perfectly normal, and to control it a bit, you need to invest some time in self-awareness.

“You may have intuitively noticed how much more productive you are on one day of the month, you just don’t want to do anything the other days, sometimes you feel so open and full of everyone, and sometimes you want to shut yourself in and I don’t see anything. All these sensations are normal, we experience ourselves differently during the month, but as the earth we have our own cyclicality and if we knew when it is better for us to move more and more intensely, when it is better to rest, we would be in greater harmony with our body and emotions ” said the specialist.

Ieva Amala invites women who are in the cycle and also menopausal women to participate in the internships. While most women have a good understanding of each phase and emerging sensations, not all delve into their body’s signs, so expanding your knowledge can always be helpful.
Movement practices will follow the cycle of a woman. The luteal phase (before menstruation) will take place on February 23, the bleeding phase (menstruation) on March 2, the follicular phase (after menstruation) on March 9 and the ovulation phase on March 16 .

Ieva Amala offers a brief description of each of the phases that will be covered by the cycle of sessions mentioned above.
The lute phase is the most dramatic of all and has the greatest impact on a woman’s daily life. With the onset of this phase, physical strength and stamina begin to gradually decrease, causing the woman to become more sensitive and impatient.

The bleeding phase is the moment of self-closing. This is the time to listen to your body and your inner voice. During bleeding, the barrier between consciousness and the subconscious is lowered, allowing the woman to open up and gain a deeper understanding of her body and its needs.

The follicular phase is a time of rebirth, of new energy. At the end of menstruation, the body slows down, becomes more flexible, fills with energy, at this time the woman becomes physically stronger, more resistant, and the mind is clear and sharp.

The ovulation phase is a moment of energy and strength, but unlike the previous phase, it is not dynamic but emits maternal heat. This phase is a great time to communicate, share, speak in public.

More will be told about each phase during the internship. “A woman who knows her cycle, understands how her body and her emotions change throughout the month, knows how to plan her personal and business life. It makes her a powerful woman, ”added Ieva Amala.
