People communication
According to the plan approved by the government, domestic contacts are banned throughout Lithuania, except for so-called social bubbles, until the number of patients reaches 25-100 cases in 14 days. Once this number is reached, two permanent households could maintain contacts (including private vacations, joint outings, etc.).
In less than 25 cases, restrictions on communication in Lithuania would be lifted within 14 days.
At the municipal level, the regulations would be the same, but once the 25-50 morbidity rate is reached, two permanent homes (including private vacations, joint walks, etc.) could communicate as long as there are restrictions on the movement of people within the country remains in place.
Movement between municipalities
Movement restrictions will only be lifted when the morbidity rate for 14 days is less than 25.
The plan establishes that by March, restrictions on movement between municipalities are in effect with few exceptions.

Work
Teleworking in both the public and private sectors, unless it is impossible to do it from home, is powerful until we reach a rate of 25 or less. Reaching this indicator will allow mixed work on employee tests.
Education
General education (primary, basic, secondary) without graduates will be carried out remotely until reaching the indicator of 100-25 cases. You can then proceed in a mixed manner, and when fewer than 25 cases are reached, students can return to school.
Graduates will be able to study in a mixed way already when the number of 100-150 cases is reached. Returnees will have to be evaluated, and contact training for all graduates will be possible after reaching 25 cases or less.
Preschool education, provided by any indicator, will be carried out under the conditions set by the operations manager.
