The Industrial Innovation Park is being organized in the Klaipėda district, Dirvupiai village, along the Vilnius-Klaipėda highway. The Innovation Park will produce standard and non-standard automatic system products for the industry, metallic structures and the integration of industrial robotics solutions in technological equipment for production.
It will be equipped with more than 300 jobs, of which more than 150 are planned to be created.
The planned area of the buildings will reach 17,580 m2 M. meters, of which 15,560 square meters. meters will consist of production – storage premises, 3,736 m2. meters – administrative premises and 1,684 m2. meters – technical, administrative premises. The total area of the Innovation Park will be a little more than 20,980 m2 M. meters.
The innovation park will also have a surface area of 400 m2. meters of training space, where the Industrial Innovation Laboratory will operate and new specialists will be trained. These activities are expected to be carried out in cooperation with the country’s higher education and professional institutions.
The unique elliptical building is designed not only to harmoniously and aesthetically complement the landscape, but also to reflect the vigor and innovation of the project.
The implementation of innovative technological solutions will guarantee that the activities carried out here are respectful with the environment.
