Along with the staff of mobile points and fever clinics, drivers from municipalities and medical institutions who come into contact with people with possible COVID-19 may also be vaccinated.

The expanded priority group of people who receive and provide social services includes employees and volunteers of all social service institutions, social workers for the elderly, guardians on duty, aides for the disabled, sign language interpreters, specialists who supervise the activities of the institutions of social attention and the Infant State. Students who do not come into contact with COVID-19 patients will continue to be vaccinated by hospitalized students, members of mobile teams, and members of the State Service of Forensic Medicine.

The Ministry of Health notes that priority groups do not include licensed health care institutions, whose main activity is not the provision of personal health care services.
