The companies will also prepare the parts of the layout of the site, architecture, constructions, interior foreseen in the work project, will create an informative model of the building and must receive a construction permit. The successful bidders of the tender agreed to provide the services within 270 business days with the possibility of extending the terms by a maximum of 120 business days. The technical construction project should be completed by 2022.
The designers will also oversee the execution of the construction project. The provision of these services will continue until the completion of the works. The total value of the signed contract is 330 thousand. euros.
