Taking all self-protection measures, the detainee was taken into custody. A pre-trial investigation was launched.

The suspect was diagnosed with COVID-19 a week ago and was officially informed by the staff of the National Center for Public Health and was therefore required to be in solitary confinement at his place of residence.
