The renovated shopping center will house Maxima, Senukai, entertainment and leisure venues, cafes, a cinema and the CurioCity children’s entertainment center.
The rebuilt building is scheduled to open in late 2022, early 2023.
The Klaipėda Banginis shopping center belongs to the SSPC-Klaipėda company and is managed by the Litvalda Group, but has transferred the management and development of the buildings to Baltic Red. In addition to Kaunas Mega, Litvalda owns Vilnius Banginis and other commercial properties .
