Juozas Vyšniauskas was not only a good doctor, respected and loved by patients and colleagues, but also a great guide. From 1969 to 1976 he directed Linkuva I District Hospital until 1986 – Pakruojis District Central Hospital.

The professionalism of the doctor was repeatedly evaluated not only by the director of the hospital, but also by the mayor of the Ministry of Health and the Pakruojis district municipality. 2011 Juozas Vyšniauskas received a token of appreciation from the Pakruojis district municipality for his long-term care for the health of the district people.

He worked a lot, not counting working hours, without taking care of his health. He loved and respected his co-workers, knew how to comfort and advise in times of trouble. He was always close.
