Stasys Jokubauskas, director of the Kelmė district municipal administration, confirmed the vaccination of Kelmė hospital employees on tv3.lt.

Penalties for hospital staff not vaccinated consecutively have not yet been considered.

All interested doctors were called and vaccinated. And then it did. Now it is punishable … Is it better to throw those three doses into the sewer? Which will probably come out formally. Edita Brazienė, director of the Kelmė Hospital, contacted tv3.lt and denied the allegations. According to her, the hospital administration also works with patients, and all hospital doctors and polyclinics in the city, who had to be vaccinated according to the priority list, are already vaccinated, so there is no vaccine left.
According to her, after vaccination, all first-line doctors no longer have the order of priority, so additional vaccines do not violate any rules.
When asked if he could confirm that hospital staff who did not work directly with patients had been vaccinated, E. Brazienė replied that he could neither confirm nor deny it.
“We were told to vaccinate all employees. All of them. Check, all hospitals do this, such as Siauliai Hospital. We have not committed any crime here,” says E. Brazienė.

A. Dulkys was glad that the start of vaccination in the country is great, but regretted the irresponsible behavior of the people.
