In the last part of the series of articles “How to choose the best place to work”, Justina Darulytė, specialist in employer reputation building, advises on how to understand during a job interview if the company you are going to work for will really be a good workplace for you. What questions to ask to find out how employees are treated here. And, better than rankings, TOP or “most coveted” employer titles show what a business is really worth.

The first article, “The reason why employees would agree to work for a lower salary: Most employers in Lithuania would not even think about it”, you can read it here. And the second: “He explained that he cannot be treated during a job interview: unfortunately, he is treated, and very often in Lithuania”, here.

– Justina, what is very important to pay attention to during a job interview? What are the signs that the company will perform well or not?
