During questioning, he told officials that his brother bought alcoholic beverages that Saturday when he returned from work.

According to the court, all the circumstances of the case confirm that V. Tankevičius, hitting an intoxicated and intoxicated victim in a vital part of the body, perceived the danger and threat to his health or life, but was indifferent to the consequences that might arise because of its motive and purpose – display of anger, education of the victim and punishment for teasing and name-calling.

“In his conscience, V. Tankevičius did not detail the possible seriousness of the consequences of his actions, that is, he did not care about the consequences, the deprivation of life or certain health disorders,” said the judge that the resident of the district of Vilnius prosecuted had killed his neighbor acting indirectly. .
