She believes that it is not rational not to apply exemptions to those who returned from abroad last week: “In the current situation, even after receiving a negative test result, they are forced to remain isolated and all because they returned a few days before the list will be published. After all, they pose an even lower risk because, unlike those who returned this week, they’ve already done the COVID-19 study. “
From now on, COVID-19 testing will no longer be conducted for returnees.
The resident who returned to Lithuania due to self-isolation called it absurd and emphasized that he had returned the day the COVID-19 pandemic in Denmark was evaluated as controlled by our Ministry of Health.

“The legislation is not applied retroactively. This new isolation procedure approved by the Minister of Health is valid from June 1,” emphasized R. Lingienė.
