The video has almost 2,000 comments – some laugh and tag their friends to see this video. Other Internet users bluntly write that it is a simple needle with protection to prevent medical personnel from accidentally stabbing and becoming infected with contaminated needles. However, without knowing anything about such needles, it is possible to form the opinion that people in the UK are not vaccinated and are just pretending to be getting the vaccine. This is also indicated in the author’s note in which she uses the word “performance”.
Confusing information
It is conspiracy theory that claims that the entire pandemic is simply simulated, false, that it is widespread throughout the world. However, this is just a theory of lies: COVID-19 and the virus that causes it really do exist and take the lives of thousands of people around the world every day.
The BBC also responded to the report, which became a tool for conspiracy theorists. This is exactly the passage from your report.

So without knowing these facts, one can form the opinion that the syringes are fake. However, as the facts already show, both the syringes and the vaccine are real and it is not some kind of “performance”.
