Information on bathing water quality in each county can be found in the Center for Health Education and Disease Prevention section on the “Environmental Health – Bathing – Bathing Water Quality” website. The data is updated as soon as the information is received from the municipalities and laboratories.
Before the start of the bathing season, the Ministry of Health prepared recommendations on “Ensuring health safety requirements on beaches during quarantine”, which are also published on the website of the Center for Health Education and Prevention of Diseases.
The authorities responsible for the management of beaches and bathing areas must guarantee the safety of beach visitors, compliance with the sanitary safety requirements of the beach, compliance with the rules for the installation, use and driving of the beaches and their bathing areas, and the maintenance of the beach.
