The real estate company Eika in the Šnipišk distritos district plans to develop the energy class A ++ FLOW business center. Developed with the highest sustainability standards, this project will offer the market 15,000 m2. meter. Office space focused on a healthy work environment. The planned investment in the project will reach 45 million. euros. The project’s publicity procedure is currently beginning.

The FLOW business center will consist of two connected building parts, 15 and 20 floors, with a 3-story underground parking garage and a terrace for employees. Construction is scheduled to begin after obtaining a building permit in 2021. Q2

Bearing this in mind, we decided to install an employee health facility and a healthy snack and juice bar in the FLOW business center ”, says Domas Dargis, CEO of Eika.

The “FLOW” business center will be built on Lvovo street. 21A, according to the international standard for sustainable buildings BREEAM, aims to obtain a BREEAM rating of Outstanding New Construction. Such an assessment is expected to be one of the first in the Baltic States. Installed efficient ventilation, humidification, heating and lighting systems will ensure comfort and health and reduce energy resources. In order to minimize contamination, priority will be given to the choice of building materials from local producers, some of which will be made from secondary raw materials.

From one floor of the FLOW building it will be possible to choose between 160 and 850 m2. meter. office space. On the 16th floor of the building there will be a terrace, an outdoor work and relaxation area with WI-FI, a garden and an exercise area with a picturesque panoramic view of the Neris river. J. Jablonskis Square, next to the business center, and the newly formed green amphitheater will provide the opportunity to meet with partners in a non-binding environment.

Those who use bicycles will be able to leave them in specially equipped heated storage areas on the first floor of the business center. There will be a bicycle repair point, changing rooms and showers, and charging points for electric vehicles.

The architects of the project are “Architectural Creative Group” with prominent architect Remigijus Bimba.
