The Registration Center advises: how to request a certificate of declared residence

The data on the declared places of residence of the people are collected in the Population Register maintained by the Registry Center, it is written in a press release. To obtain a certificate of declared residence, an application must be submitted to the Records Center. There are several ways to do this:

– by sending a copy of the application and the identity document by post to Lvovo st. 25-101, 09320 Vilnius;

– by sending an electronically signed request by email. email [email protected];

– Although it is advisable to avoid unnecessary visits during quarantine, it is also possible to request a certificate upon arrival from the Customer Service Department of the Registration Center, after registering for the visit.

After sending the request by post or email, by email specified by the customer. A prepaid invoice will be sent to your email address, after which the order will be processed.
It is important to indicate in the request how you want to receive the account statement: at the specified address by ordinary mail, at the specified email. email address (document signed with a qualified electronic signature) or in the selected customer service department. If this last option is chosen, it is necessary to register in advance for the visit to the selected unit, and to follow all the recommendations for the prevention of the COVID-19 virus upon arrival.

The request can also specify multiple people for whom residency certificates are requested. By requesting multiple certificates, an advance invoice is formed for all requested services.

Normally, the certificate from the Population Registry at the declared place of residence is prepared within 20 business days, but you can choose to receive the certificate urgently, that is, within one business day.
