The collected data will be shown on a map that, according to the SAM report, will allow evaluating the situation by region, district, city and street in the country. With these data, it will be possible to react more quickly when making decisions about the examination of patients, for example, when there is a suspicion of the threat of a focal disease, massive in a certain region.
In late March, Statistics Lithuania developed a set of virtual maps for analysis of various coronavirus-related statistics. The data collected during this study will be summarized on a map, ensuring the confidentiality of the people involved in the study.
The Statistics Department is ready, as soon as necessary, to quickly create the conditions for the population to complete the questionnaire created through the mobile application.
