According to preliminary data, the unmanaged Toyota car crashed into several other vehicles, drove onto the sidewalk, and stopped only after hitting a huge brick fence surrounding the building.
The General Emergency Response Center (BPC) was also quick to distribute the report of the incident at night, whose operators received a call to the emergency number 112 at 06.06.

Vilnius Fire and Rescue Forces have been dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Tilto and Šventaragio Streets, information on the incident has been forwarded to the Vilnius Ambulance Station and the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat , reports BPC.
On the street of the bridge where the accident occurred, traffic is organized in the opposite direction. The Toyota car marked with the label of the transport service platform was moving in the opposite direction to the impact on the fence.
The impact was not particularly strong, but the injured driver appeared in poor health: loaded onto a stretcher in an express minibus and taken to the hospital. The car accident is likely to have also occurred due to a middle-aged male health disorder. The circumstances are just beginning to be investigated.
