There is more and more talk in the world about the emotional well-being of doctors who face the Covid-19 pandemic on a daily basis.

Several studies have already shown that the situation is not good. The pandemic has been going on for almost a year. At first, there was great enthusiasm, enthusiasm, a desire to save and a personal contribution to the management of the emergency. But according to Marija Turlinskienė, a medical psychologist at the Santara Clinics, fatigue develops over time. Both physical due to the heavy workload and emotional. The unfavorable and threatening situation continues, it is global and no one can say when it will end. The whole world, no matter how advanced in science and technology, felt fragile and unprotected against the virus. Everyone faces the challenge of adapting to a new reality. Naturally, doctors have questions: how much more is possible? What about the fact that I both work and try? Why am I sacrificing?
