Temporarily will not publish the number of people in isolation

The National Public Health Center (NVSC) will temporarily not publish the number of people in isolation due to the update of the information system.

The update is expected to be completed by the end of this week, NVSC said on Friday.

The system is being updated to ensure that the isolation period verification system is working properly as it now does not always correctly assess the isolation period.

“Generally speaking, information is not always updated in a timely manner when a person’s period of isolation ends,” says the NVSC.

After upgrading the system, the center will announce the number of people in isolation as before.

According to data released Thursday, there are 86,121 people in isolation.
