Political scientists doubt the president agrees with all the ministerial candidates

In evaluating individual candidates, R. Urbonait singled out several.

The president is unlikely to reject Gabrielius Landsbergis and Arvydas Anuauskas, who are appointed by the Foreign Affairs and Search ministers, as both candidates are closely associated with the Twinning Union delegation. Dulkis, whose president did not run for the second term of the State Comptroller’s Office for six months, is a real trap for G. Nausda.
