There are also two administrative buildings of similar size. On the perimeter of Manufaktr street, commercial premises for commerce, restaurants and services are projected, according to the project proposals prepared by the Unitectus company.
It is expected that there will be 5 office buildings and 5-7 buildings, 669 and 194 parking spaces are planned, respectively.
It is estimated that only about 75% of the parking spaces provided in the complex will be reserved for residents or visitors of the commercial part. The remaining 25% of the parking space would be shared: business personnel and visitors would park their cars during the day and residents at night. There are also places for employees in the commercial part after work at 5 pm can be used in the sikursiani complex restaurant, shops and services for visitors, written in the offers.
The complex must consist of 8 buildings and it is possible to develop the project in stages.
Inside the neighborhood, the inner courtyards of the public space are formed, descending to Manufaktr street with terraces, where they merge with the public spaces under construction, the public spaces of the square and the recreational areas along Vilnel.
