There are also two administrative buildings of similar size. On the perimeter of Manufaktr street, commercial premises for commerce, restaurants and services are projected, according to the project proposals prepared by the Unitectus company.

It is expected that there will be 5 office buildings and 5-7 buildings, 669 and 194 parking spaces are planned, respectively.

It is estimated that only about 75% of the parking spaces provided in the complex will be reserved for residents or visitors of the commercial part. The remaining 25% of the parking space would be shared: business personnel and visitors would park their cars during the day and residents at night.
