According to data released by the Statistics Department on November 11, 1,553 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the country.
So far, the Health Ministry has released statistics for COVID-19 from Tuesday to Wednesday. According to her, on Tuesday 1433 new cases of COVID-19 disease were confirmed in Lithuania, 14 people died from coronavirus.
This was the highest number of confirmed deaths per day in the country since the start of the pandemic. Six people died from other causes.
Since the start of the pandemic, COVID-19 has infected 28,000 people in the country. 262 people, 21 thousand. 339 – still ill, 6608 – recovered.
A total of 235 people died from coronavirus in Lithuania and 80 people died from other causes.
