The new building will be the tallest, but not the first attraction of its kind in Poland. Already opened last year a treetop trail and an observation deck that rises above the treetops. The trail is in the trees in Krynica Zdrój, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the south of the country, near Krakow.

The whole structure rose above Slotwiny ski slope, 896 m above sea level. Trail tower, where climbers can enjoy a wonderful panorama of Jaworzyna Krynicka mountains, it is 50 m high. This equates to a 17-story building. All the way through the trees extends up to 1030 m.

This observation tower immediately attracted much interest from visitors, it was also appreciated by the architects – it was voted “Building of the Year”.

The builders of the Sveraduva Zdruj tower want to warn the competitors. They promise that their walkway and observation deck will be the largest building of its kind in Poland. The entire structure will rise to a height of approximately 70 meters, and the upper observation deck will be installed at a height of 55 m. It will be reached by a treetop path almost 3 km long.

The city’s mayor, Roland Marciniak, said there will be no equal to the new tower in Europe either. He praised the modern and attractive design, educational features of the treetop trail. It is promised that along the 3 km long trail it will be possible to absorb the information contained in it in an interesting and playful way. This is expected to make children especially keen to visit the trail.

“We will be more attractive to those who expect more from the city than just a health center; for example, they are looking for ways to have fun with the family, while also getting a small dose of adrenaline,” the mayor told Strimeto TV.

Adrenaline lovers will be able to skate on the track more than 100 meters long, as well as tunnels that mimic a spider cave. And the highest observation deck will have a glass floor.

In addition, it is promised that the place will be visited at night: the building and the paths will be illuminated. The mayor said that at night you can hear the roar of deer, see bats.

Construction work has already started. If all goes according to plan, the treetop trail in Sveraduve Zdrów will open in 2021. in the spring.
