The complex will consist of 24 thousand. kv. m of multifunctional premises, divided into 42 separate blocks, easily interconnected according to the “lego” principle and modified according to the needs of specific companies. The area of a block varies from 460 to 650 m2. m., each of them is intended to accommodate the facilities of the office-trade-production-storage functions. Investment in the project will amount to more than 20 million euros, according to a press release.

Sigita Survilaitė-Mekionienė, CEO of Darnu Group, says that the project of such a concept will be the first in Vilnius, although the need for companies to have different operational functions concentrated in one place has matured over several years.

“In recent years, the volume of electronic commerce has grown rapidly, the need for companies to optimize activities and bring them closer together, and to shorten the production and logistics chains. In response to these needs, we present a unique complex concept to the market, where companies will be able to choose as much space as they need according to their size and operational functions and, most importantly, modify them according to needs, ”says S. Survilaitė-Mekionienė.

According to her, until now, medium and small companies that wanted to combine all activities – office, trade, production or storage – had to commit themselves in one place and choose only premises that partially satisfy these needs, “accommodate” the old activities, energy inefficient and difficult. adaptive buildings or develop them in different locations, which is often inefficient.

According to S. Survilaitė-Mekionienė, small companies want to have modern premises of their own, but do not want to participate in their own specific real estate activities, so the facilities of the complex being developed in Vilnius Business Park will not only be rented but also will acquire. “Real estate investors have been looking for new investment alternatives for a long time and buyers have the opportunity to freely dispose of the available premises, adapt them to their needs or sublet them if necessary. Flexibility has now become an essential condition for competitiveness, ”says S. Survilaitė-Mekionienė.

Vilniaus Verslo Parkas is being developed alongside the busy A2 motorway, Vilnius Ukmergės Street, where large flows of passing potential customers naturally form every day. The new complex will include ample parking for 540 cars. The total area occupied by Vilnius Business Park, including the Apranga Group’s already operational administrative and logistics center, is 8.5 hectares.

Construction of the complex is expected to be completed in 2022. Spring.
