According to a document registered by the Ministry of Health (SAM), these changes are made for the sake of clarity by clarifying the conditions of the quarantine regime announced throughout Lithuania.

What is changing?

The draft resolution states that the government decided to modify the universal quarantine conditions for children over 6 years of age during the preschool, preschool and primary education process on Wednesday. It is also established that in cases where the respective work functions are carried out in state and municipal institutions, establishments, state and municipal companies, the manager of emergency operations at the state level must ensure the flow of people, safe distance, public health necessary safety, hygiene, the provision of people with the necessary personal protective equipment (hereinafter, the necessary conditions). Prerequisites will also be established for high-performance sports competitions when they take place without spectators.

The provision on catering activities has also been modified to include catering services not only for employees of companies, establishments or organizations where shift work is performed, but also for education, social services, personal health care, national defense, establishments penitentiaries, interrogations. in isolators, the Foreigners Registration Center of the State Border Guard Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania and other institutions where it is necessary to ensure restoration in accordance with the specific characteristics of the institution’s activities.

According to the current provision, visits to cultural institutions, entertainment, entertainment, sports, physical services to visitors are prohibited, with certain exceptions.

Therefore, it was decided to prohibit the rent, sublease or free transfer (on loan) of premises owned by these institutions or for other legal reasons for the organization of private events, celebrations and other meetings.
