Relatives reported the death of the writer to the Russian news portal Dozd. This information was also confirmed by his concert director Oleg Staškevičius.

In early October this year, it became known that the comedian had completed his acting activities due to age and health issues.

Žvaneckis’ colleague Vladimir Pozner admitted that the deceased was seriously ill. The comedian himself admitted in early summer that he felt very weak. “It just came to my attention then. And not just because it announced the quarantine,” he explained at the time.

M. Žvaneckis was born on March 6, 1934 in Odessa. He excelled on stage and caught the public’s attention with his own miniatures and monologues. His work was also used by other famous Russian comedians.

M. Žvaneckis is a Russian folk artist, author of more than ten books.

Russian pop legend Alla Pugacheva also spoke about the death of her colleague. “That’s it. You left us forever. Irreparable loss. At the same time, I think you are unforgettable,” wrote Pugacheva on her Instagram account.
