Žvaneckis is a Ukrainian folk artist, winner of the independent triumph “Triumph”. He was president of the World Odessa Citizens Club.

The legacy of M. Žvaneckis is a large number of well-known aphorisms, famous sketches and miniatures shown on Soviet and Russian television. In October 2020, a representative for M.
