* Education in kindergartens and primary classes will continue to be possible in the usual way. Schools offer distance or mixed learning, with half of the students studying at the institution and the other half at distance. The schools themselves have the right to decide on the method of education. Secondary schools will have to work remotely, except for some hands-on activities.
* Nurseries for the disabled will be able to operate safely.
* Healthcare facilities will be required to provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, and isolation of COVID-19 patients and scheduled emergency care. The services of private medical institutions are not prohibited.
Promise more support to victims
Mr Skvernel promises that restrictions on loss-making companies and institutions will trigger “state aid measures that have been activated in the past”, and possible new criteria and measures are being discussed.
The prime minister claims that the doctors, in proposing quarantine restrictions, drew on examples from other countries, including Ireland, Israel, where the quarantine introduced after the second wave paid off six weeks later.

34 municipalities in the country are included in the red zone, 21 local quarantines have already been announced. Another 21 municipalities fall into the yellow zone, five municipalities – Anykščiai, Ignalina, Rokiškis, Zarasai and Visaginas districts are still included in the green zone .
