Exceptions are for high-quality sporting events and cultural events when held indoors, but the number of spectators does not exceed 300 and the following conditions are met: Spectators watch the event only from their seats, with a distance of 2 meters between the spectators (family or individual). , children (adopted) of a registered partnership agreement, including minor children, parents (adoptive parents), guardians of a person and their spouse or a person with whom a registered partnership agreement has been entered into).

Spectators will be required to wear protective gear (face masks, respirators or other means) that cover their nose and mouth throughout the event. In this case, nasal and oral protective equipment (masks, respirators or other equipment) cannot be used by people with disabilities who, due to their health, cannot use nasal and oral protective equipment or their use may endanger personal health. The latter are recommended to wear a face shield. These events must also ensure the electronic distribution of tickets and / or the registration of spectators and / or participants, as well as control of the access of spectators and / or participants to the venue.

An exception will also apply to these sporting and cultural events if they are held in open spaces, but the number of spectators does not exceed 400 and the above conditions are met. Nor will any prohibitions or restrictions apply to funerals.

In addition, during the Government meeting, it was decided that 10 square meters. commercial space per visitor.

All changes will take effect from 2020. on October 30, that is, from this Friday.
