To date, no cases of COVID-19 have been reported to employees in other units in the city. E.Bardauskienė states that the company does everything possible to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

“All employees are provided with disinfectants and protective equipment. Upon arrival at the workplace, employees measure their body temperature and closely monitor their health. If you experience symptoms of illness, do not come to work.

To manage the risk of spreading the virus, the work in the units is organized in such a way as to guarantee the least possible physical contact in the facilities and special partitions are installed in the examination trolleys. The exam cars and the theory exam classes are ventilated and disinfected after each exam ”, says E. Bardauskienė.

Part of the practice exams are transferred in Vilnius

Due to the situation in Vilnius, some of the planned practice exams are postponed to other days.

“In order to guarantee the provision of driving test services, working hours are being extended in the capital. Solutions are also being sought for extra working hours. People whose practice exams are canceled are contacted by the employees of the company and offer them other possible times or to take the exam in another department closer. For other people, the exams, including theories, will be carried out as planned, “says E. Bardauskienė.

In May, it was decided to examine future drivers from two different locations in Vilnius. Therefore, category B practice exams are currently being held in Vilnius at Lentvario str. 7 and Old Ukmergė road. 4 Regitra branches.

Service to the population is changing

“It is possible not only to exchange a driver’s license remotely, but also to register a previously used vehicle in Lithuania or announce its sale, request a new registration certificate and license plates, etc.”, says E.Bardauskienė.

And if clients still do not have the opportunity to provide services online, then the visit to the department must be registered in advance, and unregistered people are only served when a vacancy occurs, that is, when pre-registered clients do not arrive or cancel your visit.

For other people, the exams will be carried out as planned ”, says E.Bardauskienė.
