The restriction also does not apply to events that take place in open spaces, but the number of spectators does not exceed 400 people and the necessary security conditions are guaranteed.
The restriction also does not apply to participation in funerals.
Quarantine in 21 municipalities
Starting on Wednesday, October 28, quarantine will be introduced in eight more Lithuanian municipalities due to the deterioration of the Covid-19 situation. A total of 21 municipalities in Lithuania were quarantined.

Protective masks

It is also optional to cover the face outside the residential area (cities, towns, villages, single-family homes, gardeners associations) and when there are no other people within a radius of 20 meters, except family members.
Restrictions on access to cultural, leisure, entertainment and sports facilities
The flow of service users and other visitors to cultural, leisure, entertainment and sports institutions will be limited: at least 10 m2. m the area of the facilities of the place of provision of the service by a recipient of the service or another visitor, and a distance of at least 2 meters must be guaranteed between staff, users of the service or other visitors. This requirement does not apply to high skill sports exercises.
It should be remembered that in the territories where local quarantine has been announced, among other things, there are also restrictions that apply throughout Lithuania.
