The draft Government Resolution prepared before the Government meeting scheduled for 1 pm, which will be decided by the Cabinet of Ministers, proposes to establish a special regulation for the organization of events for 2 weeks.

It is proposed to remove the requirement to allow the organization of events if tickets are distributed electronically or spectators register.

It is proposed to ban all events for 2 weeks, except:

  • funeral;
  • sporting events without spectators;
  • cultural events in closed spaces, where the number of participants is limited to 200 people, distances are observed, masks are used, participants are checked, registered and only seats are allowed;
  • cultural events in open spaces, where the number of participants is limited to 400 people, distances are observed, masks are used, participants are checked, registered and only seats are allowed.

“The temporary organization (2 weeks) of sporting events without spectators is, in our opinion, a proportionate measure, taking into account the epidemiological situation”, affirm the organizers of the project.

Distance education is offered for children with disabilities

The Ministry of Social Security and Labor also proposes to foresee the possibility of continuing the education process of children educated in special institutions and special classes of distance general education schools.

“Children with disabilities cannot develop independently, they need constant help from adults, constant presence. Often, the daily routine of these children is limited to education and employment, so giving it up brings great challenges and Instability in these people’s lives, and having a clear and consistent routine is extremely important to them. Family members often lack the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to care for a child with a disability because parents do not they are social, educational or health professionals. Therefore, distance education for these children is not an adequate tool, “motivate the project organizers.
