In the multi-member constituency, 9 party candidates were elected to parliament on October 11, and in the single-member constituency they got another term: Valentinas Bukauskas won in the Telšiai constituency.

In the last election, the Labor Party 5 percent. the limits were not exceeded, only two of their representatives won in single-member districts.

V.Uspaskich did not show up at the match headquarters on Sunday night of the first round, and when he spoke remotely, he coughed loudly. He promised to get tested for coronavirus, then changed his mind, recalling that promise again on the night of the second round.

When asked if V. Uspaskich had done a coronavirus test, Fyodorov said that “the health of the president is his business,” so he should be asked. They are not required to comment on this, but V. Uspaskich isolated himself and assessed the risks.

Promises to support beneficial solutions for Lithuania

Yukna said the Labor Party is likely to remain in opposition and vowed to keep its election promises.

He assured that he did not feel resentful that his party had not been invited to negotiate a future ruling majority.

He highlighted the availability of services

The situation created by COVID-19 needs to be handled more effectively, because the numbers are really worrying, V. Jukna was talking about one of the main problems at the moment. However, according to him, other diseases should not be forgotten: the number of heart diseases and tumors is not decreasing either.

V. Fyodorov also emphasized that the availability of health services should be easier, because it is often necessary to get to the medical institution even lying.

The Seimas elections were won by the Lithuanian Christian Democrats-National Union (TS-LKD), who are currently working in the opposition. According to preliminary data, the Conservatives won 50 seats. Together with the Liberal Movement and the Freedom Party, they aim to negotiate a ruling majority.
