The new Seimas will rule Lithuania for the next four years

50 conservative mandates

TS-LKD, as already written, won this Seimas election after receiving 50 seats in parliament. According to the data provided by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), the following politicians entered the Seimas.

Newcomers from single members:

In the single-member Baltic constituency, Audrius Petrošius, who had not been there before, entered parliament. Jurgita Šiugždinienė, entering the Seimas for the first time, won at Šilainiai. Mindaugas Lingė, who won in Šeškinė – Šnipiškės, and Arvdas Pocius, who won in the Danish constituency, enter the Seimas for the first time.

Andrius Vyšniauskas won in Marijampolė, he will also be a newcomer to parliament. Antanas Čepononis, having obtained his mandate, will study the work of the parliament in the district of Radviliškis-Tytuvėnai.

Justinas Urbanavičius, who won in Garliava, will join the newcomers of TS-LKD in parliament, as will Mindaugas Skritulskas, who won the single-member Mėguva.

Former single member members:

In the single-member electoral district of Antakalnis, I. Šimonytė, the party leader Gabrielius Landsbergis, entered the new parliament in the first round of the Seimas elections: he won the single-member Center-Žaliakalnis. Radvilė Morkūnaitė Mikulėnienė also entered parliament in the Pilaitė-Karoliniškės single-member electoral district.

Like Paulius Saudargas, he won in Justiniškės, the Viršuliškės district. Monika Navickienė won in Naujoji Vilnia district and Žygimantas Pavilionis – in Naujamiestis – Naujininkai. Vytautas Kernagis won at Pašilaičiai.

Arvydas Anušauskas defeated in the electoral district of Kalniečiai, Agnė Bilotaitė – Paneriai – Grigiškės. Vytautas Juozapaitis entered Seimas after winning in Aleksotas – Vilijampolė district, Dainius Kreivys – in Verkiai, Antanas Matulas – in eastern Žiemgala district.

Gintarė Skaistė won in Panemunė, Kazys Starkevičius – Petrašiūnai – Gričiupis. Aistė Gedvilienė was victorious in Fabijoniškės, in Žirmūnai – Paulė Kuzmickienė. Edmundas Pupinis won in Utena (second round results are likely to be recalculated in this district, because E. Pupinis together with Gintautas Paluckas obtained the same number of votes), in Nevėžis district – Bronislovas Matelis, and in the district of Lazdynai – Algis Strelčiūnas.

Newcomers to the list:

The following politicians who have not been in parliament before will also join the Seimas: Jonas Gudauskas, Liuda Pociūnienė, Arūnas Valinskas, Valdas Rakutis, Dalia Aasanavičiūtė, Linas Slušnys, Jurgita Sejonienė, Kristijonas Bartosevičius and Matas Maldeikis.

In the multi-member electoral district, renowned politicians entered the parliament: Laurynas Kasčiūnas, Audronius Ažubalis, Jurgis Razma, Laima Liucija Andrikienė, Mykolas Majauskas, Stasys Šedbaras, Kęstutis Masiulis, Emanuelis Zupijaekis, Andrius Kupijaekis.

32 LVŽS mandatai:

The Union of Greens and Peasants of Lithuania (LVŽS) remained in second place after the Seimas elections.

Newcomers from single members:

Although the elections to the LVŽS did not end in victory, in single-member districts, several newcomers to parliament also won seats in the Seimas. Giedrius Surplys, Marių – Ligita Girskienė, in the western part of Panevėžys – Deividas Labanavičius celebrated victory in the northern district of Sūduva. Laima Nagienė, representative of LVŽS, won in Mažeikiai,

Former Single Member Members:

Tomas Tomilinas celebrated victory in the northern district of Deltuva, Valius Ąžuolas in the northern part of Samogitia and Guoda Burokienė in Aukštaitija. Rima Baškienė won in the district of Šiauliai region, Kęstutis Mažeika in northern Sūduva and Arvydas Nekrošius in Raseiniai – Kėdainiai.

Juozas Varžgalys took the victory in the southern district of Deltuva, Gintautas Kindurys in the southern part of Nalšia and Zenonas Streikus in Jotvingiai. Stasys Tumėnas won in Aušra, one member, and Algimantas Dumbrava in the northern part of Nalšia. Antanas Vinkus entered the Seimas in the one-member constituency of the Curonian Spit.

Newcomers to the list:

The LVŽS faction in the Seimas will be supplemented with new faces from the group’s roster. Algirdas Stončaitis and Lukas Savickas joined Seimas for the first time. Linas Kukuraitis will also become a member of the Seimas.

According to the party’s list, Eugenijus Jovaiša, Saulius Skvernelis, Ramūnas Karbauskis, Aurelijus Veryga, Aušrinė Norkienė, Agnė Širinskienė, Jonas Jarutis, Dainius Gaižauskas, Robertas Šarknickas, Dainius Kepenipeni, entered the parliament.

13 mandates of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party:

The Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (LSDP) remained in third place after the Seimas elections. Picked up 13 seats.

Newcomers from single members:

A new Tomas Bičiūnas joined the Seimas in Kėdainiai, Kęstutis Vilkauskas in the Trakai – Vievas district, Vidmantas Kanopa in the eastern part of Sėla, and Eugenijus Sabutis entered the parliament in Jonava.

Former Single Member Members:

Only one current member of the Seimas entered the Seimas in a one-member constituency: Liudas Jonaitis defeated in the western part of Žiemgala.

Newcomers to the list:

The following new members of the Seimas entered the Seimas according to the party list: Vilija Targamadzė, Orinta Leiputė, Linas Jonauskas, Gintautas Paluckas.

13 mandates of the liberal movement

The Liberal Movement of the Republic of Lithuania also won 13 seats in the parliamentary elections.

Newcomers from single members:

After these elections, the Liberal Movement can be happy with only one newcomer, who entered the Seimas in a single-member constituency: Romualdas Vaitkus, who celebrated his victory in Tauragė, entered the parliament.

Former Single Member Members:

In the Seimas, we will again see well-known representatives of this party, who have won a seat in parliament in a single-member constituency.

Juozas Baublys, Plungė – Rietavas – Jonas Varkalys won at Dzūkija as a single member. Ričardas Juška won in Karšuva as sole member, Simonas Gentvilas won in Pajūrio. Viktoras Pranckietis celebrated the victory in the electoral district of Raudondvaris and in the old town – Žvėrynas district – Viktorija Čmilytė – Nielsen, the party president.

Newcomers to the list:

For the first time, these party representatives will work in the Seimas, having entered according to the party list: Andrius Bagdonas and Raimundas Lopata.

11 mandates of the Freedom Party

The Freedom Party, which participated in the Seimas elections for the first time, brought a whole group of newcomers to the Seimas.

Newcomers from single members:

Silva Lengvinienė, who won in Kaišiadorys – Elektrėnai district, and Marius Matijošaitis, who won in Savanorių district, will start working at Seimas.

Former Single Member Members:

The leader of the Freedom Party, Aušrinė Armonaitė, entered parliament after winning Lithuania’s One-Member World Constituency District.

Newcomers to the list:

Several first-year MPs will work in the Freedom Party faction in the Seimas: Morgana Danielė, Ieva Pakarklytė, Kasparas Adomaitis, Evelina Dobrovolska, Artūras Žukauskas, Monika Ošmianskienė, Vytautas Mitalas and Tomas Vytautas Raskevičius.

Ten terms of the Labor Party:

The Labor Party won 10 seats in the Seimas elections.

Former single member members:

The Labor Party can only rejoice over a victory won in a single-member constituency: Valentinas Bukauskas, who now works in parliament, won in Telšiai.

Newcomers to the list:

Vigilijus Jukna, the leader of the party list, Ieva Kačinskaitė – Urbonienė, as well as Antanas Guoda and Vaida Giraitytė will also work at the Seimas.

According to the party’s list, its former member Viktoras Fiodorovas, Vytautas Gapšys and Andrius Mazuronis, who worked during this term of the Seimas, entered the Seimas. Mindaugas Puidokas and Aidas Gedvilas will continue their work.

Three representatives of LLRA-KŠS

The Polish Lithuanian Election Campaign – Union of Christian Families (LLRA – KŠS) won 3 seats in parliament after the Seimas elections. Everyone won in single-member constituencies and the party’s roster did not cross the 5 percent barrier.

Thus, three representatives of the LLRA-KŠS, who are already working in the parliament, will work in the Seimas. Česlav Olševski won in the Medininkai district, Beata Petkevič won in the Šalčininkai-Vilnius district and Rita Tamašunienė won in Nemenčinė.

Three representatives of the LSDDP

The Lithuanian Social Democratic Labor Party (LSDDP) also won three seats in single-member constituencies. The party also did not cross the 5 percent barrier.

LSDDP Seimas will be represented by the following current single-member MPs: Zigmantas Balčytis won in Šilutė, Andrius Palionis in Dainava and Jonas Pinskus in Molėtai – Širvintos.

Individual mandates

Remigijus Žemaitaitis, the leader of the Freedom and Justice party, joined the Seimas, although the party he led did not cross the 5 percent barrier either. R. Žemaitaitis won the seat of the Seimas in the Kelmė-Šilalė constituency.

In the single-member electoral district of Vilkaviškis, the seat in the Seimas was won by a representative of the Lithuanian Green Party, former Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius.

4 self-appointed candidates also entered the Seimas. Domas Griškevičius, coming to Seimas for the first time, won in the Sun constituency. And the other three candidates will continue their current jobs: Vytautas Bakas was elected to the Seimas in Alytus, Petras Gražulis in Gargždai, and Valdemaras Valkiūnas in the western constituency of Sėla.
