V.Uspaskich, who received many questions about health and not only this week, held a remote press conference on Friday.
In it, however, he preferred to talk about politics rather than his health or family circumstances.

“I don’t know who thought to call this conference on my health; it is definitely not my idea. I have not yet gone crazy for giving a press conference on my health. It is possible to have a healthy lifestyle, but by no means is it about of his health, ”the leader of the Labor Party told reporters.
He interacted with the reporters at his home, it could be understood that he was isolated. But why?
“Liability. But now there is no temperature, no cough, but for me, clearly better.” I consulted with the doctors, it is better for me not to speak for about three weeks, “he said.
Later, V. Uspaskich assured that he was in self-isolation to be able to rest his body.
“All the more reason I don’t use any academic medicine and I need a little more time to rebuild the body in this place,” added the politician.
“I can say that to eat this virus … many people have already eaten it in Lithuania and I have probably eaten it more than once. But no one denies or questions: there is a virus. But we have to learn to live with this virus” said the party president.
There is not a word about the coronavirus diagnosis for a relative

However, on Friday, V. Uspaskich did not comment on this and emphasized that a coronavirus test had not been done: “To determine if a test is needed, I did not do the test. And why do I have to do that? Do I have a test every day or what? ”.
He later assured that he would only be tested for coronavirus if the temperature increased, if there was any sign that his health was in danger. But now, according to the politician, this is not the case.
“I didn’t have to,” they asked him if he had any contact with the sick person.

What does this mean in the immediate environment? Now a lot of coronavirus has been detected in Kėdainiai and people are isolating themselves, who have worked with me, represent me in all projects, there are close people with whom I have to communicate, and now we are isolating themselves ”, he shunned.
He did not confirm having another child
Many journalists asked Uspaskich on Friday if it was true that he had recently had a child, but the chairman of the Labor Party did not strictly answer these questions.
And don’t talk, just don’t bother.
“Ask them questions about third parties,” he said.
Asked about the same thing, he stated that journalists already know that V. Uspaskich has never discussed personal matters in active politics for 20 years.
“And they won’t talk, just don’t bother,” the politician said of himself as a third person.
He planned to test for COVID-19 but changed his mind
The chairman of the Labor Party, MEP V. Uspaskich, last appeared in public on October 7, when he voted early in the Seimas elections in Vilnius municipality.
Subsequently, the leader of the “workers” began to suffer a severe cough, for which he participated in a post-election press conference and a party rally soon after remotely. He was also absent from the party headquarters on election night.
