However, A.Veryga doubted that it was necessary to tighten the procedures in schools when organizing education. According to him, the situation is more difficult in circles, organizing extracurricular activities. New restrictions may also apply to these activities.

“Perhaps it is possible to have a two-week vacation,” commented A. Veryga, speaking of schools, but stressed that there are still no solutions.

The spread of the virus in hospitals is also a problem.

Asked whether the measures provided by the Vilnius municipality for bars and entertainment activities would be sufficient, A.Veryga assured that it would be necessary to see if the virus would spread in Vilnius and the Vilnius district.

“But I am very skeptical that the drunk company will follow the security measures,” he said, hoping that the municipality itself will control the implementation of its agreements.

Three more people died

Three more people died of the coronavirus on Monday, one of them a resident of the Blinstrubiškės nursing home belonging to the 60-70 age group.
