Melania Trump, infected with coronavirus, about her son Barron, who was also infected, and her own experiences: all symptoms came at the same time

Two weeks ago, I heard a diagnosis that so many Americans and so many people around the world were facing: I was prescribed COVID-19. The worst thing is that my husband, the Commander-in-Chief of our country, learned of the same diagnosis.

Naturally, the first thought was about the son. Much to our relief, her test came back negative, but again, like many parents in recent months, I couldn’t help but worry “what about tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.” My fear came true: they tested him again and his result was positive.

Fortunately, he was a strong teenager and did not experience any symptoms. On the one hand, I’m very happy that we all got through this challenge, we had time for each other, we were able to take care of each other. Now the son’s test is negative again.

I was very lucky that in my case, the diagnosis was accompanied by quite mild symptoms, although they caught everyone at once, so within a few days it was a real carousel of symptoms. My whole body ached, I had a cough, a headache, I felt very tired most of the time.

I chose the natural form of treatment, took more vitamins, tried to eat healthy. We had an amazing team that cared for us and I will be grateful for my lifelong help, I thank the wonderful Doctor Conley for his professionalism and discretion.

I must admit that it was very strange to become a patient myself, not a person who encourages the people of the country to take care of their health and safety. It was a time when, face to face with COVID-19, I needed care and maintenance. As a patient and person who received all possible medical care, I feel immense gratitude for all who have helped us.

Donald and Melania in brief

Donald and Melania in brief

The medical staff and all the staff of the White House that took care of our family, to thank you sincerely would be very little.

The healing I had a lot of time to think. When my husband was admitted to Walter Reed Hospital for everything, I had a lot of time to think about my family. I also thought of the hundreds of thousands of Americans affected by this virus because victims of the disease do not bite. We are living in unprecedented times, elections are approaching, so it’s not really difficult to give in to negative energy.

I tried to grow up remembering all the people I met in the United States and the world, and the kindness and empathy that were always present if you dared to accept them. Our country has faced many difficulties and challenges, we have all overcome them, that is why I want to believe that COVID-19 is just another, and that we will be able to enjoy future generations and share the lessons learned.

I urge everyone to live the healthiest life possible. Choose a balanced diet, spend as much time as possible outdoors, take vitamins, take care of your soul and body. Prosperity is unimaginable without good thoughts, humility. For me, perhaps the most important part of the healing process was time for my thoughts, about family, friends, work and the desire to be myself.

I am very happy to report that my test is negative, I hope to continue working in the near future. By sharing this good news, I want people to know that I understand how fortunate both my family and I have been to receive such care. If a loved one is sick or ill, know that I am with you in my thoughts and I will be with you every beautiful day. I pray for our country, I pray for all those who struggle with COVID-19, other diseases or challenges.

Thank you all for your kind words, support, wishes, and prayers. We pray for you.
