LRT Radio announces that the supplements to the Vice Ministers of Health and the Chancellor of the Ministry will be paid during all the summer months and September after the end of the quarantine. Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga, for his part, says he sees nothing wrong with the fact that allowances are paid to ministry employees even after the end of the quarantine.
“I don’t know if that is bad. Now I would not dare to discuss how much and to whom this supplement is paid, but they work, people really work a lot, I don’t know if it is bad if they receive the supplement,” A. Veryga told the radio LRT.
LRT radio announced that during the coronavirus pandemic, the salaries of the Vice Ministers of Health and the Acting Chancellor, before taxes, amounted to 6,000 each. with additives, and in August – 5900 euros.
Before the coronavirus crisis, these ministry workers received € 4,600 before taxes.
At that time, the Ministry of Health informed the LRT radio that the salaries of the vice ministers and foreign ministers were being paid, taking into account the increase in the workload, since, according to them, SAM no longer had 1 vice minister and 2 advisers of political trust.
