The Operations Manager’s decision, signed on Friday, introduces mandatory distances between event participants and spectators. In open spaces, it will be mandatory to ensure a distance of one meter or to seat the spectators in any other chair. In enclosed spaces, the distance must be at least two meters or spectators will sit in alternate chairs.
Eating and drinking during the event will only be possible in a special place and only at tables or bars.
The government decided this Wednesday that from now on events, regardless of the number of participants, can only be organized if the distribution of tickets electronically and / or the registration of participants and spectators is assured. Organizers will also be required to ensure control of incoming spectators and participants, for example by fencing off the open venue of the event and checking at the tickets that people who have not electronically purchased tickets or registered for the event do not enter the event.
The government decree also expands the concept of events to include cultural, entertainment, sporting events, celebrations (other than personal), fairs, festivals and other organized gatherings of people in a public place, both commercial and non-commercial, during a period set time at a predetermined time.
