Latvia

Upon arrival in Lithuania, 10 days of isolation is mandatory, except in the following cases:

cross the border daily for work purposes when necessary for the performance of work and duties;
daily for childcare and access to formal preschool education;
daily trips to institutions of formal education, study plans in the field of arts and culture;
accompany a minor or an adult with special needs to these educational institutions daily;
in transit and upon arrival / departure of a passenger arriving at Latvian airports, ports and stations;
get to care for loved ones;
arrive to organize or attend a funeral.

In these cases, it is mandatory to have at least 72 hours before arrival in Latvia. pre-arrival test and negative result:

receive ongoing health care services;
athletes and sports professionals and representatives of international sports organizations attending sports events.

Estonia

14 days of isolation are mandatory upon arrival in Lithuania, except in the following cases:

people who arrive with the purpose of obtaining work, studies, health services, as well as who arrive for family reasons;
employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices and their families;
foreigners arriving for the purpose of international military cooperation;
members of official delegations arriving in Estonia at the invitation of state institutions or municipalities;
people directly involved in the transport of goods and raw materials, including their loading / unloading;
people directly involved in the international transport of goods and passengers, including international vehicle crews, their service personnel, people who carry out repair and maintenance work;
people who come to provide medical care or other services needed in a crisis situation;
people who arrive to attend tourist groups and who participate directly in the provision of passenger transport services;
people who arrive to ensure the continuity of vital services;
people in transit through Estonia;
Athletes and members of sports teams who come to Estonia to participate in international competitions or are directly involved in their organization who have a negative result to the COVID-19 test carried out before entering the country.

There is the possibility of shortening the mandatory 14 days. isolation period in 2 tests:

The first test arrivals by air or sea can take place immediately at the test points of the Tallinn airport or seaport (terminals A and D), arrivals by land: after pre-registration on the hotline: if the first test is negative, the person must remain in solitary confinement for 7 days, during which he can go to work, shop, but must avoid unnecessary contacts and observe social distance;
no earlier than 7 days after the first test, the person can take a second test; if the test is negative, the insulation is allowed to end.

For foreigners, the test costs 67 euros. If testing is not performed, a 14-day isolation period applies.

Norway

Lithuania is included in the list of affected countries, so 10 days of mandatory isolation apply to those arriving from Lithuania.
Testing on arrival is not necessary, testing is only recommended for specific symptoms of coronavirus infection.

Finland

Those arriving from Lithuania are subject to border control, that is, they are admitted to the country after proving the need for entry: work, business trip, family reasons, studies, transit, other reasons for necessary entry.
For visitors, 14 days of voluntary isolation is recommended, unless mandatory isolation at the border is indicated in specific cases.

Iceland

Those arriving from Lithuania are subject to 14 days of mandatory isolation.
The isolation period may be shortened if the person (on his own account) takes the first test upon arrival and takes a second test 5 days after the first, in both cases a negative response must be obtained.

Ireland

1) Those arriving from Lithuania must restrict their movement for 14 days (lighter requirements than isolation). No need to pass a negative COVID-19 test at the border or take a test upon arrival.

Germany

Restrictions apply to those coming from the Šiauliai region and Kaunas district of Lithuania:

Required:
or to isolate for 14 days: the isolation procedure is determined by the individual German Länder;
or the person who arrived can take the test immediately (for example, at the airport) (free of charge) after saying that they have been in a “risk zone” for the last 14 days. If the result is negative, no further isolation is required;
if the person brings a negative test result no earlier than 48 hours. prior to arrival, no isolation is required.

Note. The indicator that classifies a region / country as a “risk region” is 50 new cases per 100,000. population within 7 days.

Hungary

Foreigners are not admitted, except in the following cases:

have residence permits;
Family members of Hungarian citizens;
freight truck drivers;
people who wish to attend family celebrations (weddings, baptisms, funerals);
attend business meetings / events;
people who arrive on an agreed visit to doctors;
people who attend court hearings;
students;
Athletes

Upon arrival in the country, 10 days of isolation are required, which can be completed within 5 days and not before every 48 hours. Two tests and negative will be carried out.

Cyprus

From October 9. Lithuania is included in the list of B countries, which means that those who come from the countries of list B must submit a test carried out no earlier than 72 hours. before departure, negative answer.
