Restricted movement

First, the intensity of regular passenger transport services will be limited on long-distance, suburban and urban passenger routes, and seat occupancy will only be allowed at a distance of at least 1 meter. Special safety measures must be taken: vehicles are disinfected at the beginning and end of each route. The provisions of this subsection do not apply to transportation that does not make stops in the territory of the municipality.

It is recommended to restrict movement for unnecessary reasons: leaving the place of residence only on the way to a place of commerce, work, receiving medical care and other services, participating in elections to the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.

Groups of 2 people

Individuals must visit public places and be in groups of no more than 2 people, excluding family members. Also observe a distance of at least 2m between people or groups of people, avoid direct physical contact, observe personal hygiene requirements. The provisions of this subsection shall not apply when attending a funeral.

Mandatory use of masks

Residents 6 years of age and older should wear protective gear that covers their nose and mouth in public places. This will be mandatory except for eating and drinking in public catering establishments, as well as during the provision of the service, when the service cannot be provided with the recipient in disguise.

It is recalled that this requirement does not apply to people with disabilities who, due to their health, cannot wear masks or whose use may be harmful to their health. These people are recommended to wear a face shield.

Telecommuting recommended, buyer flow is limited

According to the draft resolution, in the Raseiniai district, state and municipal institutions, establishments, state and municipal companies, work will be organized and customers will be serviced remotely, except in cases where it is necessary to perform relevant functions in the workplace. It is essential to ensure that the necessary emergency functions are performed. It is recommended that the private sector work in the same way of organizing work as in the public sector.

Visits to cultural, leisure, entertainment, sports and physical service facilities for visitors are prohibited, except for high-level sports exercises.

All events and meetings organized in open and closed spaces are also prohibited, except meetings in polling stations.

Catering establishments, restaurants, cafes, bars, discos and other entertainment venues, casinos (casinos) and slot machines, the bingo halls are open from 8 am to midnight.

The working time limit does not apply when food is taken or delivered to natural and legal persons by other means, or when catering is provided to employees of companies, establishments or organizations where shift work is carried out on the premises or premises of these companies, institutions or organizations, casinos (casinos). ) and slot machines, bingo halls if there is no catering service in these places.

Visits to social service institutions will be prohibited in all inpatient, family, group home and community social service institutions.

In other social service institutions, contact with the client will be allowed only for the provision of necessary social services.

Activities in the day and employment centers for children, people with disabilities and the elderly are prohibited.

The municipal administration must provide care to children and people with disabilities in exceptional cases in institutions if such care is not possible at home.

In accordance with the Government’s resolution, the head of emergency operations at the state level is instructed to establish specific quarantine measures in the territory of the municipality upon receiving the proposal from the director of the municipal administration on the establishment of the necessary quarantine measures. .

It is recommended that the religious communities of the municipality do not organize religious rites to avoid public gatherings.
