Mantas, who performs in presentations, creates podcasts and has nearly three hundred thousand followers on Instagram, has taken an unexpected direction.

To help other children who are currently sitting on the school bench, Manta was motivated by the painful experiences of his own adolescence. Although the celebrated comedian felt like a fish in water in geography and Lithuanian language classes, and was the one who passed the history and maturity exams the best, the exact sciences fared worse.
“I started studying math in the tenth grade; I didn’t expect this lesson anymore. I didn’t like counting and completing tasks according to the rules. I enjoyed improvising, creating and feeling freedom, and that didn’t exist in math,” the actor reasons.

Mantas tried to fill in the academic gaps in various ways. One of them was the help of a tutor: “I visited a senior teacher who taught mathematics for twenty litas. He wrote down his assignments, went out to the kitchen to smoke, and came back. Seeing my decision, he cocked his head – I understand, nothing good – and, after writing new assignments, he quit smoking again ”, the television presenter recalled the tragic lessons of those times and added that we will no longer find teachers and prices .
It’s no wonder that after some of those lessons the enthusiasm for chasing academic heights faded and the cost of private tutor lessons was hard to beat. According to the actor, the exact sciences were still an apparently shallow forest.
School taught me to turn in life
Although Mantas was not a forerunner, he studied at school at age eight even without forging. He knew some things, managed to write down others, and calculated others: “I am teaching this subject, I will read it and it will no longer be necessary,” said the actor about the fun arithmetic of adolescence.

Having decided already in twelfth grade that he would study alone at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, Mantas knew he had to pass the exams well: “I had a goal and I pursued it.
