“One class is isolated, several teachers are isolated,” he added.

One class is isolated, several teachers are isolated.

“Our district knows the debate ‘I know what I collect’, it will take place in the territory of the municipality of Ignalina, and other debates will take place in the television studios,” said the mayor.

“We have to take some action, but when the situation is resolved, other decisions will be made,” he said.

The district of Švenčionys belongs to the southern constituency of Nalšia.

Zbignev Jedinskis, a member of parliament representing the Union of Christian Families of the Lithuanian Polish Election Campaign, who was participating in it, stated that he was informed about the municipal ban.

“The voters will not know the candidate first-hand, they will not know his program, they will not have the opportunity to ask. Slightly discriminate against voters. However, health is more important than anything else. I cannot decide if it is really necessary, “the politician told BNS.

Member of Seimas Gintautas Kindurys, candidate of the ruling Lithuanian Green and Peasant Union, stated that he communicated with voters at celebrations and events that take place outdoors.

According to him, the “peasants” have decided in any case to carry out a passive electoral campaign of the Seimas.

“We don’t have meetings, we distribute brochures by mail. (…) Health is more important than politics, “G.indurys told BNS.

Social Democratic Party candidate Šarūnas Birutis confirmed that he did not plan meetings with voters indoors.

“It was clear that planning such things was risky, and I didn’t plan it,” he said.

Š.Birutis said it was more concerned not about the ban introduced by the Emergency Situations Commission, but about possible violations of the unrest.

“I think other things will have a bigger impact: the use of administrative resources, the possible bias of the district commission, the connection of the elders with the unrest, the placing of large canopies in undeclared places,” he said.

The Seimas elections will be held on October 11.
