Last month, Mr. Prigožin stated that he had compensated Moskovskij školnik for the damage he had suffered from his own funds and that he would personally recover the losses he had suffered.

According to media reports, the company is associated with J. Prigožinas, but he denies being its owner.

The subject of the dispute was the FBK video about alleged problems with the applicant’s catering services in Moscow kindergartens and schools. Moskovskij školnik demanded that the registry be deceived and removed from the Internet, which had tarnished his reputation. Compensation for damage to business reputation amounts to 1.4 billion. rubles (15.6 million euros).

The stated goal of the FBK, founded by A. Navalno in 2011, is to conduct investigations, uncover corruption schemes and prevent bribery in the Russian government.

Mr. Navaln is currently in Germany, where he was being treated after an alleged poisoning. On August 20, Navaln became ill and lost consciousness while flying from the Siberian city of Tomsk to Moscow. After an emergency landing, he was treated at the Omsk City Hospital for more than a day and transferred to the Charite University Hospital in Berlin on August 22.

On September 7, the hospital reported that the patient had awakened from a coma, and on Tuesday it was announced that he had been discharged from the hospital, but would continue his rehabilitation course.
