In preparing for the event, the LOGIN 2020 conference organizers paid special attention not only to the event’s program and content, but also to responsible preparation to ensure the safety of event participants and speakers. It is for this reason that the fourteenth event has been divided into four events: Progress Makers, Future Creators, Curious Minds and Game Changers.
Before entering the LITEXPO Palace, the temperature of the participants is measured with a special device created with the help of intelligent people. The body temperature of the conference guests is also controlled remotely.
In hallways, where speakers are drawn in by interesting messages, chairs are arranged at safe distances. Also inside, all the participants, wearing protective masks.
“Apart from good content and an annual opportunity to meet up, the safety of the participants is a top priority for us this year,” says Sandra Meškauskaitė-Stepšienė, Director of LOGIN. “We follow all the recommendations of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to ensure the safety of the events, and at the same time we try to ensure that our regular and new participants receive the highest possible value and everything that led them to return to LOGIN every year. “.
All LOGIN events and their accesses include security measures:
Participants will be asked to keep a safe distance of 1 meter from other participants.
The distance is not necessary for family members, relatives.
You will be asked to allow body temperature to be measured or to monitor body temperature of participants in special facilities.
The number of participants in a room at a time will be limited to 500.
There will be many disinfection stations and the full disinfection of the Litexpo facilities will take place daily.
Also, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces will be done on a regular basis during the event.
Masks will be distributed in the event area.
Participants are asked to take care of the masks themselves, from the car to the event area.
The use of masks will be mandatory both outdoors and indoors, except when consuming food or drinks.
Free coffee and water will be offered to participants.
All concurrent events will start at different times and break times will vary as well, ensuring less gathering in the outdoor area.
The communication, dining, integration and recreation areas will be in a semi-open outdoor tent.
During the two-day festival, visitors will hear from nearly 100 renowned Lithuanian and foreign speakers, ready to talk to them about technologies, innovations and various changes in the world. “Visitors to LOGIN 2020 will hear not only the speakers, but also various discussions, between the aisles, in the MITA outdoor chat area.”
From the event, special broadcasts will be available for Delfi rytas and Delfi diena viewers, and LOGIN will be able to watch Delfi Plus on the platform before purchasing tickets. The viewers of 15min.lt will also be able to see the interviews with the most interesting interlocutors directly from Litexpo.
