However, the emergency number 112 was finally called. Firefighters and rescuers, ambulances and police arrived at the scene.
Witnesses said they saw an elderly woman with a decapitated head carry the doctors to the ambulance and remove her.
At that time, police officers took her daughter away. She was barely standing. Which is highly likely because the suspect was found to be drunk more than 3 per thousand.
Neighbors say that in 2007. the same mother killed her husband. The woman was released just a few years ago.

Raimondas Zinkevičius, the acting head of the Jonava District Police Commissariat, said a report was received from the Emergency Response Center on Thursday night around 7 p.m. that his daughter had spilled flammable liquid on her mother and had set on fire:
“According to preliminary data, the fire injured the woman’s face, neck and chest. It is true that the burns are not very serious, she was discharged to receive treatment at home.”
A police spokesman confirmed that officers knew the suspect in custody. It is true that in the past she was punished for administrative offenses. There have been no cases of domestic violence.
The suspect was arrested. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into a minor health condition of a close person.
When firefighters arrived, the door was opened, there was a strong smell of flammable liquid in the apartment and there was no burning. A deliberately burned woman was lying on the bed, a rag was dropped in the room, and the apartment windows were open.
Prior to the arrival of the firefighters, the daughter extinguished the substance soaked in flammable liquid on her face and set it on fire.
