Born in Kaišiadorys in 1962, A. Katkevičius graduated from the Vilnius University Faculty of Philology, in 1990-1992 he was an advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme-Restorative Council Seimas Vytautas Landsbergis, and later editor-in-chief of the magazine Veidas.
Aurelijus Katkevičius was a well-known journalist in the country, editor of the magazine “Verslo klasė” of the daily “Verslo žinios”, blogger, polyglot and one of the first specialists in public relations in Lithuania.
Together with former fellow journalists of the publication “Veidas”, he founded the public relations agency “DDB & Co. and Katkevičius”, created the image of Rolandas Paksas during the presidential election.
