According to S. Lemziakov at the time, this incident occurred while he was running to Raudondvaris to work this morning on a car belonging to the Kaunas district municipality marked with special posters.
It all started with an unexpected turn against Audi without showing a turn, which began to dive between cars, driving in a hooligan way and putting in danger. He began filming these violations with a video recorder in a company car. Although at first she did not pretend to have any contact with him.
He also had a gun
According to S. Lemziakov, after his words about the filmed rapes, a highway hooligan jumped out of his car and tried to start the video recorder in his official car.
When the fight started, Lemziakov said that he had noticed that his opponent was searching his pockets for something. And he said that he had told him that he had the right to defend himself and warned him that if he did not stop, he would be hurt. The opponent replied that there was no need to intimidate him and continued to behave aggressively.
According to S. Lemziakov, he finally stabbed a knee with a knife he was holding in his hand, the purpose of which is to cut the seat belts after the accident. And holding this in his hand at the time as a deterrent. And stabbed him in the thigh, so that it wouldn’t hurt too much, but the opponent who was in pain would calm down.
Lemziakov later said that he called an ambulance and reported the incident to police. At the time, he had a firearm handed over with him and in self-defense. However, its use was not even considered.
In presenting this version of S. Lemziakov, it was alleged that a road hooligan he had repressed had already been administratively punished thirteen times.
